For any potential eligibility towards us using your company's design for our new logo we need you to please read below to acknowledge the following. Submission information will be shared on the next page once this form is agreed to below.

  * By submitting this logo you agree to no further ownership to any aspect of the design or any artwork associated within the design
  * ATJ Inc. will not have any obligation for any payment at any time now or in the future if this logo and/or design is chosen as a winner
  * ATJ Inc. is prepared to give the one company whose design is chosen for this for no additional compensation ONE month of a single home page ad (of Ace & TJ's choosing) on AceTJ.com.
  * NO additional compensation will be required for any and all use of the logo chosen in perpetuity
  * Any relief a company may choose to pursue for any perceived ownership or rights to any part of the logo and/or design will result in this document being notice that all legal fees associated with the fighting of such pursuit is solely the responsibility of YOUR company.
